The Main Window
This picture shows the main window of Advanced Woman Calendar. When minimized, Advanced Woman Calendar sits in the system tray (near the clock), and the main window is not visible. To display the main window, just click the Advanced Woman Calendar tray icon.
Navigation
Left and right buttons is used for change the month for previous or next.
Legends Panel
The legend shows colors and icon of day marking.
Info Panel
This area shows the information describing your monthly menstrual cycle: maximum minimum and average cycle length. Advanced Woman Calendar uses this information to calculate your fertile periods.
Day Panel
Day panel shows the status of the selected in the calendar day and note you have made for it. Use the date-time control to navigate to the selected day.
Period Panel
If you set checkmark at Auto, program will be calculate cycle length automatically. Also you can set Menstrual Cycle length and Luteral Phase length manual.
To determine the number of days in your cycle, count the days beginning with the first day of your last menstrual period (first day of bleeding) up to and including the day before your next period. An average length of the menstrual cycle is 28 days.
The luteal phase is the part of the menstrual cycle that starts at ovulation and ends the day before your next period. If you are not sure about the length of your luteal phase, you can assume it is 14 days (the average length for most women).
Calendar
You can delete or add events in calendar. Set mouse pointer on certain day and press left or right button. Context menu will appear.
